Watt's Up Games offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with the Garage Pro unlock, the Speed Lab Season Pass, or a tip, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address you bought with, or email us at support@wattsupgame.com and we will help.

Subscriptions

You can cancel the monthly season pass at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the credit.
