These terms govern your use of Watt's Up — Ebike Speed Lab (the "Game"), operated by Watt's Up Games ("we", "us"). By playing the Game or buying anything in it, you agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, play only with permission from a parent or guardian.
The Game
The Game is a browser-based simulation game. Parts, statistics, and speeds shown in the Game are fictional and simplified for entertainment. Nothing in the Game is engineering advice, and we are not responsible for anything you build in the real world.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- Leaderboard display names must not be offensive, impersonate others, or infringe anyone's rights.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Game unlawfully, fraudulently, or to spam other players;
- infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's;
- interfere with the Game's security — no malware, probing, scraping, automated score submission, or circumventing paid features.
Licence and ownership
We retain ownership of the Game, its software, artwork, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the Game and use any features you have paid for. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Game.
Purchases and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. The season pass renews monthly until cancelled; the lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase. Refunds are described in our refund policy (30 days).
Affiliate links
The Game links to third-party retailers for real hardware. These are affiliate links and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not sell that hardware and are not responsible for third-party purchases.
Service level
We do our best to keep the Game online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where that cannot be excluded by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You can stop playing at any time; leaderboard entries may be removed on request.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Watt's Up Games is established, and its courts have jurisdiction. Questions: support@wattsupgame.com.
